Taylor Swift has entered an artistic territory she has never stepped in, before, with the release of her newest The Life of a Showgirl vinyls.
The 35-year-old pop superstar launched limited edition vinyl variants on Thursday, August 21, after a three-hour countdown was over, and the covers show an artistic choice Swift has never made before.
The Anti-Hero hitmaker took to Instagram and announced the “Baby, That’s Show Business” vinyls which featured other people besides the Eras Tour performer on the cover.
Eagle eyed Swifties flocked to social media and expressed their pleasant surprise at the unique creative decision to include other people along with Swift on the cover, which makes it the first cover of the Blank Space songstress to do so.
“Isn’t this the first ever cover of a Taylor Swift album where there’s (sic) other people ?!?!” one fan wrote on X.
“First Taylor cover with other people in it, and she’s the only one not smiling…,” another noted.
“I love that Taylor brought back her dancers for this vinyl photoshoot,” chimed in a third.
The cover which is based on a blue, yellow, and silver toned design, shows Swift and the dancers on her sides, all wearing an embellished silver skimpy outfit, paired with a yellow feather headpiece and a matching boa.
