Louis Tomlinson finally teased The Away From Home Festival 2025 a couple of days after its information was leaked online.
Following weeks of speculation, the former One Direction star gave fans what they were waiting for on Thursday, August 21.
With an Instagram story he put fans out of their suspense by dropping a teaser video, confirming what many had already suspected: the festival is happening.
The short clip opened with an animated, moving red eye. The screen then flashed briefly, during which fans believe the festival’s location coordinates were revealed.
A spinning globe appeared next, from which the festival’s name emerged, before the red eye returned, bringing the teaser to an end.
Louis’ official update came two days after, according to a Reddit discussion, LTHQ (the official Twitter account for Louis’ team) announced AFHF, following a leak by the booking management company Bowery Presents.
As one fan explained, “The five numbers on each corner of the screen translate to a zip code for Cooperstown, New York! There’s no official date for tickets or anything but it looks like it’s happening and I’m so excited!!!”
Some fans even speculated a possible date: October 5.
Others clarified earlier confusion about who leaked the information, noting that the venue (Brewery Ommegang) never posted anything about AFHF.
Fans were in a state of sheer curiosity, until the 33-year-old sensation finally posted the coordinates, prompting excited reactions. “It’s New York!!” exclaimed one fan.
