Riley Green knows a thing or two about writing a good love song — and making Us believe them — but does he have a special woman in his life?
The country singer burst onto the music scene in 2017, releasing his first studio album two years later, and ever since then his relationships, or rumored ones, have been taking center stage.
After teaming up in 2024 with Ella Langley for “You Look Like You Love Me,” fans began shipping the duet partners as the musicians themselves played coy about their romantic status.
“I barely have time to see my dog so it would take a really special girl to be OK with the amount of travel time I would be gone,” Green told Nick Viall on a December 2024 episode of “The Viall Files” podcast. “I just don’t think I’ve found her yet.”
Green was then romantically linked to singer Megan Moroney in early 2025 — but has maintained they are platonic.
Green, however, has stepped out with two separate women for awards show red carpets between 2022 and 2025, which raised eyebrows among his female-heavy fan base.

Stepping Out With Sophia Sansone

Green sparked romance speculation with music industry exec Sophia Sansone in April 2022 when they attended the CMT Music Awards together in Nashville. At the time, Sansone was listed as Green’s “guest” for the event, but no further details were shared.
Although Green didn’t comment on the relationship between them, he brought Sansone as his date to the 2022 CMA Awards that November, seemingly confirming they were an item. The pair were photographed looking cozy on the red carpet, but their romance appeared to fizzle out soon after the event.
Addressing Ella Langley Romance Rumors

Ella Langley has become close with Green since they first worked together on 2024’s “You Look Like You Love Me” and Green’s “Don’t Mind If I Do” that same year. Their fun and flirty music video for the first track paired with their awards show reunions throughout 2025 caused even more rumors to surface about their alleged romantic relationship.
Green, however, denied they were anything more than friends in June 2025.
“I’m rumored to have dated a lot of people. I kind of understand that. People always long for that Tim [McGraw] and Faith [Hill], Johnny [Cash] and June [Carter], George [Jones] and Tammy [Wynette] thing,” Green explained during an appearance on Country Nights With Bev Rainey show. “Me and Ella have two giant songs together, and I think fans want to believe that what you’re singing about is real.”
He insisted he was “not” dating anyone at the time of the interview.

Green previously joked that “Ella’s probably too smart to date me anyway,” during a December 2024 appearance on “The Viall Files” podcast.
“When we first started having the success that we did with that song, I told Ella, I was like, ‘There’s gonna be a lot of things said, but we don’t really got to play into it or not play into it,” Green recalled. “It’s gonna be something that people enjoy, the same way that we do when we listen to the song.”
Langley, meanwhile, told Taste of Country in September 2024 that Green was “probably the first famous person” she met when she started making music. However, she insisted, “We’re not dating. We’re just good friends.”
Megan Moroney Enters the Chat

In January 2025, Megan Moroney found herself at the center of relationship rumors involving Green after the pair allegedly went on vacation together. At the time, TikTok users shared videos claiming that Moroney and Green were both in the Saint-Jean coastal neighborhood of Saint Barthélemy (St. Barts) after she posted pictures and tagged that as the location.
According to eagle-eyed fans, Moroney and Green both shared similar photos swimming with sharks. When Moroney posted a snap holding a giant fish she caught during an excursion, some TikTokers insisted that Green’s hand was the mystery one seen to the left of the screen.
That same month, a TikTok user pointed out that Moroney appeared to be wearing Green’s cowboy hat, posting pictures they said proved it was the same accessory.
Green, however, once again claimed he was single in March 2025. When asked on an episode of the “In the Blind” podcast if he was dating anyone, he quickly replied, “Single. That was an easy one.”

While Green pivoted the conversation to his music, he later talked about Moroney, who filled in for Ella Langley during a November 2024 show to sing “Don’t Mind If I Do” with him.
Green recalled being moved by Moroney’s rendition of “Ain’t Nothing ‘Bout You” with Brooks & Dunn, noting he thought she was “more talented vocally” than him.
“You know, I did the Brooks & Dunn Reboot this time, and I went to listen to it and my favorite song on there is not mine. She did ‘[Ain’t] Nothing ‘Bout You,’” Green said of Moroney during the same interview. “I forgot all about that song. I wish I would’ve done that, but it’s so hard to take something that was already right, and make it your own or try to make it better. That was one of those where it was almost kind of rock-feeling. A really cool version of it.”
After rumors surfaced in late 2025 that Moroney and Langley were in a love triangle with Green, Moroney clapped back, telling People that November, “I’m not dating right now at all. I’m too busy.”
Bringing Bryana Ferringer to the CMAs

Green broke hearts everywhere when he attended the 2025 CMA Awards that November with Bryana Ferringer. While the pair didn’t walk the red carpet together, when the cameras panned to Green inside the venue, Ferringer was sitting beside him. The outing came a few months after the singer was first linked to the influencer in summer 2025.
Ferringer, who previously dated country singer Tucker Wetmore, was spotted out with Green via a TikTok video posted that August.
Green addressed bringing Ferringer as his plus one to the CMAs during a December 2025 interview with Elaina Smith for her Backstage Country radio channel, claiming they are just friends. “It’s gonna be tough to tiptoe out of having a date to an award show. Yeah, I mean, you go to award show all the time, and I’m always by myself, or I’ve got like, a security guy, or a buddy with me, so I took a friend with me to the award show,” Green said via Holler Country.
“We had a nice time,” he added of Ferringer. “My mom’s gone with me before. So it was my first or second award show date ever. I guess I’ve gotten big enough this is a really big issue.”
