America can’t get enough of Love Island USA season 7 this summer — and neither can celebrities, who have been weighing in with their thoughts via social media.
After the Islanders shocked viewers by voting to eliminate Hannah Fields and Jeremiah Brown during the June 22 episode, former Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher shared a lengthy Instagram Story expressing her displeasure with the situation.
“Love Island Thoughts,” she began. “The guys just DON’T LIKE Jeremiah. Either jealous or threatened but from the start it seemed he couldn’t do anything right by them. Ace [Greene] from the start didn’t like Jeremiah but like Nic [Vansteenburghe]?? Weren’t they best friends? Confused.”

Demi Lovato
The pop star shared an Instagram Reel of herself lip-synching to an audio about pet peeves. “My pet peeve is people saying, ‘I know exactly how you feel,’” she mouthed. “Nobody knows exactly how you feel.” In the clip, she pointed her remote at her TV, which was queued up to show the Love Island intro. “My pet peeve is people saying ‘I love Love Island too,’” she wrote in text over the video. “Nobody loves Love Island as much as I do.”
Jalen Brunson
The New York Knicks point guard briefly sent fans into a tizzy on June 17 when he tweeted, “I am genuinely confused.” While some followers interpreted the message as a vague comment about the team’s then-recent firing of coach Tom Thibodeau, Brunson quickly clarified, “Damn my bad yall, I was talking about love island.” While Brunson didn’t specify what moment set him off, June 17 was the night Jeremiah chose to recouple with Iris Kendall (as a depressed Huda Mustafa fell to the floor). The rest of the Islanders, meanwhile, voted to keep Huda over Jalen Brown.
Megan Thee Stallion
The rapper made a guest appearance on one episode and gushed during Aftersun about how much she loved being in the villa. “The ladies definitely have made my summer,” she said. “This whole experience has made my summer. I know what it feels like for people to dehumanize you, and being in here with the ladies, I’m like, ‘Oh, yeah, these are real bad bitches.’ I feel like I wanna go out with them after this. I like them!”
She also proved that she’d been watching the season, joking, “I’m gonna make sure that I bring Huda pancakes with protein. And I’m gonna make sure that I don’t call Ace ‘babe.’”
Jonquel Jones
The New York Liberty center has been sharing many of her thoughts on the season while sidelined with an ankle injury. “I’m gay and I think Andreina [Santos] could take my man 🤣😂,” she quipped via X on June 24.
After Nic and Olandria [Carthen] were seemingly eliminated that night, she came out as one of the few people on the internet not shipping Nic and Olandria. “In what delusional world do yall think Nic would ever choose Olandria?” she tweeted on June 26. “He never gave that she was his type.” Um, hello, watch the blindfolded kissing scene again!

After Jalen was eliminated, she commented, “Gone too soon 😭” on one of his TikTok videos.
Gauff was also devastated following Olandria’s June 24 elimination, tweeting, “Girl the last time I cried that hard was when iron man died in endgame. i love me some olandria! but it looks like they will be coming back so this episode was more like my infinity war.”
