There’s shopping, and then there’s home shopping with help from QVC and HSN.

As consumers make their final decisions on holiday gift giving, the teams that make up two of the biggest retail channels are celebrating a year of change that resulted in big sales and special memories.

“Our on-air personalities continue to be one of our most important differentiators in our success; we call them the original influencers as they have been connecting live with audiences since the beginning,” QVC and HSN executive Stacy Bowe exclusively shared with Us Weekly. “Whether it’s one of our iconic hosts, expert guests or celebrity visitors, their authenticity and storytelling ability is what keeps customers connected and builds the loyalty that’s so special to our business.’

While viewers kept shopping with reliable faces on HSN like Joy Mangano and Curtis Stone, or through QVC with Kim Gravel and Valerie Parr Hill, many shoppers were also introduced to new brands.

In early 2025, Vivica A. Fox launched an exclusive apparel collection with HSN that Bowe describes as a “versatile, size-inclusive line helping customers transform their wardrobe from day to night.”

The Real Housewives of Miami’s Marysol Patton introduced a Radiance Absolute jewelry collection just in time for Christmas, while Tabitha Brown brought her Fridays with Tab + Chance brand to HSN.

At QVC, Kathy Hilton stepped into the role of QVC’s Mrs. Claus while shoppers could purchase new items from Ree Drummond, Rebecca Minkoff and Elton John, who collaborated with Harry Slatkin on a collaboration you have to smell to believe.

Throughout the year, QVC and HSN also bid farewell to a few hosts who made a forever impression on home shoppers.

After 37 years as a program host, Mary Beth Rowe experienced an emotional retirement show in March. She is now spending more time with her grandchildren while still visiting the QVC studios on occasion.

“The connection our hosts have with customers is truly extraordinary,” Bowe told Us. “That trust doesn’t go away; it simply shifts as they take on new chapters. For instance, Mary Beth continues to help QVC connect to our audiences by training new hosts while [former QVC hosts] Jennifer Coffey and Kerstin Lindquist make appearances on QVC as guests.”

Before HSN moved its studios to Pennsylvania after 48 years in Florida, the network said farewell to familiar hosts including Natasha Lloyd, Helen Keaney, Amy Morrison, Lynn Murphy, Marlo Smith, Valerie Stup, Rebecca Vargas, Michelle Yarn and Guy Yovan.

In August, six talented women joined HSN, with more to be announced.

“Seeing the genuine excitement and commitment from our new hosts to not only learn more about the HSN brand but to also forge relationships directly with our customers has been impressive to see,” Bowe gushed to Us. “They are eager to help bring the stories to life behind the products they share in an authentic and trustworthy manner that resonates with our customers. Getting to watch our seasoned hosts take them under their wings to share their personal knowledge and experience has been a joy to see.”

With 2026 right around the corner, Bowe said new and loyal viewers alike can count on quality, value and convenience when they shop both QVC and HSN.

QVC plans to continue expanding its presence on TikTok Shop after becoming the highest-earning vendor on the app, according to NBC News.

Some QVC shoppers can’t help but make a connection with some of the network’s products — and hosts. Over the years, viewers have developed close bonds with longtime program hosts who have a gift of selling everything from fashion and beauty products to food and electronics. Every so often, some of the program hosts decide […]

“In 2026, QVC will proudly celebrate its 40th anniversary —a significant milestone for our brand,” Bowe teased to Us. “While planning is underway, our teams are excited to commemorate this achievement across all areas of the business.”

Bowe continued, “Our HSN customer loves staying on top of what’s trending, so we’re constantly looking at what upcoming trends to invest in. … I look forward to continuing to showcase the brands, celebrities and entertainers that make HSN stand out.”

Before 2025 comes to an end, Us asked several QVC and HSN familiar faces to share their favorite memories from the past year. Keep reading to see what they shared:

“My favorite part of being a part of the QVC family is that I have been watching QVC since I was a little girl. My mom was a QVC woman. She still is a QVC woman. The hardest part is that every time I go there, I’m buying and shopping all the people who are on before me. ‘Look at that belt. Yes, I need those earrings.’ I just bought a Diamonique diamond anklet. I love QVC, and the fact that my brand that I love so much that’s such a passion project for me — Be Free by Danielle Fishel — is there feels like such a dream come true. We just did a rebrand. We’ve got brand new beautiful bottles, soft touch, reformulation. We’ve got some argan oil. We’re coming out with some new products very soon. I’ll be back in 2026.”

“I love the camaraderie. We’re all there doing our thing, but all supporting one another. It’s a really incredibly supportive environment that I’m soaking in. I think my favorite memory was [when] I had my first sell out item. That feeling was too much. I started crying on camera because I was just overtaken with emotions because you worked so, so hard, and you really are just trying to do what the people want, the customer wants, and infuse your own style into it. I put a lot of love into everything we make. We’re already in fall 2026 designing into that. I think the brand has hit its stride. We keep figuring it out. We keep getting information from our customers and incorporating that into our design. It’s just really an evolving thing, which is the most exciting part because it’s not stagnant.”

“HSN feels like the natural home for the Radiance by Absolute x Marysol Patton collection because it celebrates style in a way that is accessible, personal and joyful. There is nothing like the energy of a live HSN show. You feel the connection with viewers in real time and it becomes a conversation rather than a presentation. I love being able to share how a piece moves, catches the light or transforms an outfit right there on set. It is intimate and immediate, and you can feel when something resonates. It makes the whole experience feel genuine and joyful. For me, that is the magic of HSN.”

“I was able to go to Zurich Switzerland and shoot content on Lindt Chocolatier for our QVC/HSN+ streaming app! The trip was fun, full of learnings and I got to experience the best of Zurich and CHOCOLATE!! I still go back on the app and watch it so I can relive all the fun!”

“Spending an hour with John Legend [and his skincare line Loved01] was a memorable on-air moment! He is a kind person, passionate entrepreneur and an incredibly talented human being. We are thrilled to be his partner!”

“My favorite QVC memory this year was, without a doubt, spending the weekend with our customer at Foodie Fest 2025. QVC’s biggest fans flew in from all over the country to join us in the studio for live audience shows, meet-and-greets with hosts and guests, and of course… no one left hungry! Our customers truly feel like family and the entire weekend had the warmth of a big family reunion. I’m already counting down the days until Foodie Fest 2026!”

“Wow 2025 was one for the books! We met many of our HSN family face to face with a huge studio audience show during our transition to Pennsylvania where everyone was so welcoming! Then I was able to take the HSN family along to Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale red carpet in New York for an up-close experience on TikTok to meet all their favorite actors. To round out the year, we had the HSN All Star Nashville Holiday where I had the opportunity to sit down with Trisha Yearwood, Martina McBride, Lady A and Brad Paisley all from Dolly Parton’s recording studio. Unforgettable for myself and hopefully, our HSN family at home.”

“HSN is the oldest, longest running TV retailer and to make a full transition to Pennsylvania from Florida proves how resilient we are and how much our customer loves us. The hosts that moved North know this place is the most magical place, where products and brilliant inventors come to life, come to meet, and share. What we do here and our ability to tell stories is powerful and this year proves it.”

“After landing my dream job at HSN, I quickly got another extraordinary opportunity — training under QVC legend, Mary Beth Roe. She is such an icon but would never admit it. She continues to be an amazing mentor, and her support means the world to me.”
